FAQ

Questions about pricing

€199 per month for the whole business, plus €4 per vehicle in stock. Connected marketplaces and a website feed are added on top; AI actions, e-sign requests and KVK lookups come with a generous monthly bundle. All prices exclude VAT.

Every open stock entry counts. Sell or deliver a car and close its stock period, and it no longer counts in the next period.

No. Users and external partners are unlimited and free. Your whole team, including the workshop and detailers, works in VINVARO at no extra cost.

You try VINVARO for 30 days with every module. The trial is free; your first monthly period starts afterwards.

At the end of each monthly period. If usage within a period reaches the invoice threshold (€250 by default), we invoice that usage in between. You see usage live under Settings › Billing.

Every module is part of the Dealer plan. If you don't use something, such as marketplaces or the website feed, you don't pay for it.
